Treat pain with sesame oil and lemon juice:
To get rid of knee pain, take sesame oil in a pan and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Cook this oil on the gas for some time and then apply it to the painful area. Sesame oil will relieve knee pain and swelling. According to Healthline, the anti-inflammatory properties of sesame oil can reduce inflammation and reduce nerve tension. Massaging with sesame oil relieves pain and swelling.
Consume after chewing fenugreek seeds:
Fenugreek seeds have properties like iron, calcium, phosphorus, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant which prove to be effective in relieving joint pain. If you use fenugreek seeds by chewing, you will be benefited. Soak fenugreek overnight and eat it in the morning.
Massage with garlic and mustard oil will give relief from pain:
To get rid of knee pain, mix garlic cloves in mustard oil and cook it for some time. If the garlic turns black, cool the oil and apply it on the knees to get relief from pain.
